We are committed to providing high-quality services with the utmost care and dedication. Our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and returns associated with our services.
Church Consulting and Pastoral Counseling Services
a. Due to the personalized and consultative nature of our church consulting and pastoral counseling services, refunds are generally not available once a consulting session or counseling session has been conducted.
b. If you need to reschedule or cancel a consulting or counseling session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule the session.
Community Referral Services
a. Our community referral services aim to connect you with appropriate resources and services within the community. We do not charge for community referral services.
Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction
a. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please reach out to us within 14 days of the service being provided. We will carefully review your concerns and work with you to address any valid issues.
Exceptions
a. In exceptional cases, such as technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer refunds or alternative arrangements at our discretion.
